Kitchen Inspection Complete!!!
Just finished our kitchen inspection and we passed with flying colors! We can now start selling our cupcakes... We have added two new flavors to our menu this week. "The Traditionalist" which is a delicious moist and buttery yellow cake covered in Old Fashioned Hershey's Chocolate butter cream frosting and topped with a dusting of shaved chocolate. This is sure to please all of the people out there who would just like a simple but delicious cupcake. We also created a more complex flavor " Chocolate Pear" inspired by the Lindt Intense Pear Chocolate Bar. We started with our moist chocolate cupcake and filled it with a slightly sweet pear mixture, topped it with a thin layer of ganache (made out of the chocolate pear bar) and then frosted it with a vanilla bean butter cream. I think we will be adding both of them to the menu!

They both look delicious! Your Dad would love the Traditionalist. Yellow cake and chocolate frosting are his all time favorite.
